Research: What Millennials want Employers to Know

We are conducting a reasearch about change in the 21st Century workplace. To that effect, we need your engagement and feedback. If you are a Millennial manager or worker, we would like to know what would you like your Baby Boomer employer to know. Your ideas can include:

  1. How to make the corporate culture more Millennial-Friendly
  2. Ideas on how would you like to be recognized for your hard work
  3. What are company benefits you would like your company to offer?
  4. Description of an ideal corporate culture
  5. What are the three most important factors for you in accepting a job offer?
  6. What are the three "must have" things in the workplace (exclude coffee and fast Internet)
  7. What motivates you? What makes you get up in the morning to go to work?
  8. What kind of training you would like your company to offer?
  9. Other
